The Boudoir Experience

To book your boudoir photoshoot, simply reach out via email (emily@boudoirbyemilygualdoni.com) or phone (815-719-0351). Together, we'll find the ideal date and time that fits seamlessly into your schedule. With my online calendar, you can effortlessly check my availability. Since I typically need a month from the shoot date to deliver the album, it's best to secure your booking sooner rather than later. My calendar fills up quickly, so snagging your preferred date early ensures we can make magic happen!

Once we've ironed out the specifics of your shoot, I'll send over an online booking proposal. This proposal will include a digital contract for you to sign, outlining details such as the shoot date, time, and location, as well as the package you've selected and any additional services requested.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required. This deposit will be deducted from the final package cost, with the remaining balance due on the day of your photoshoot. If you've opted for a payment plan, the second 25% installment will be due on the day of the shoot.

This includes advice on wardrobe choices, preparation tips, and what to bring along on the day. Additionally, I'll outline a timeline for the day, ensuring you know exactly what to expect and when.

Each person has their own unique vision for their shoot, and I'm committed to capturing that essence in every session. Once your session is booked, I'll send you several Pinterest boards I've curated to inspire and guide your shoot. These boards cover everything from makeup and hair to posing and lingerie, helping you visualize your ideal look. You're also welcome to create your own board with your favorite images, and together we'll make your vision a reality. Additionally, I'll send you a short questionnaire to get to know you better on a deeper level. I want to understand why you're doing the shoot, what makes you nervous or excited, your insecurities, and what you feel most confident about. I'll even ask about your favorite music and preferred temperature, so I can make the shoot experience as comfortable as possible.

To ensure you feel comfortable and confident on the day of your boudoir photoshoot, I'll provide comprehensive emails with tips on how to prepare. From skincare and haircare advice to selecting the perfect outfits for your body type, these emails cover everything you need to know.

I'll be available to address any questions or concerns you may have leading up to your session. Your peace of mind is important to me, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Please arrive at the scheduled time; there's no need to be early! When you arrive on the day of your shoot, we'll kick things off with a 15-minute consultation to review your outfits and help you choose the best options for your photoshoot. If you're overwhelmed with choices, don't worry—I'll be there to assist you in narrowing down your selections and answer any questions you may have.

Following the wardrobe consultation, my experienced professional makeup and hair artist (the same person for both) will work with you for 1.5-2 hours to create a stunning look that perfectly complements your style and preferences. This is your time to relax and indulge in a glass of champagne while we enhance your natural beauty.

Once your makeover is complete, we'll go over your questionnaire together to ensure we're aligned on your vision. I'll also address any final questions you may have before we begin the shoot. I'll provide guidance and inspiration throughout the shoot, so you don't need to worry about posing. I'll create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere by playing your favorite music, ensuring you feel confident and empowered throughout the session.

Following your photoshoot I'll dedicate the next seven to ten days to meticulously curating your best images. This involves making light edits like skin smoothing, color correction, and exposure adjustments to ensure each photo shines. You'll receive approximately 150 proofs in your private online proofing gallery, where you can review and select your favorites based on your chosen package—all from the comfort of your own home.

If you love more images than what is included in your initial package, you can always purchase additional images at an extra cost. I am happy to add them to your collection.

Once you have made your final image selections, I will perform more advanced retouching to enhance your images. This includes removing skin concerns such as scars, acne, redness, stretch marks, and cellulite, fixing wardrobe bumps, and cropping if applicable. My goal is to ensure that you look your very best in your final images, highlighting your best features and covering up any areas you don't love.

You can expect to receive your final retouched digital images approximately two weeks after you have made your final image selections. Your images will be delivered via Dropbox and will be in high-resolution for the best quality. In addition, you will receive both colored and black and white versions of your favorite images.

If you've purchased a signature album, I'll use your selected retouched images to craft a personalized album design just for you. Before I begin designing, you'll have the chance to indicate if you prefer any black and white images over the colored ones for your album.

Once I have this information, I'll create the album design for your review. You'll then have the opportunity to provide feedback and request any revisions. I offer one complimentary revision, with any additional revisions incurring a $50 fee per revision.

After the album design receives your approval, I'll proceed to place the order. Please allow up to a week for delivery. Your album will be discreetly shipped directly to your home in an anonymous box from the album company.
