Before Your Shoot

Your experience begins long before the camera comes out. Once you book, you’ll receive guidance to help you feel fully prepared, including outfit inspiration, what to bring, styling suggestions, and helpful tips for making the most of your session.

We’ll talk through the overall vibe you’re drawn to, whether that feels soft and romantic, confident and bold, playful and relaxed, or a little bit of everything. The goal is to make sure you arrive feeling excited, prepared, and completely at ease.

Professional Hair & Makeup

I work with some of the best makeup artists in the city who are not only incredibly skilled, but truly care about making you feel comfortable and at ease. They’ll pay attention to every detail, from your favorite hairstyle to any features you want highlighted, so you feel pampered, polished, and completely taken care of.

Your look will be flattering and camera-ready while still feeling like you. Whether you want soft and natural, sultry and glamorous, or something in between, the artist will help enhance your features so you feel confident the moment you step in front of the camera.

The 90-minute prep time is your chance to relax, unwind, and ease into the experience while sipping champagne and getting pampered. The more relaxed you feel, the more naturally your confidence comes through in your photos.

The Studio

Your session takes place in my private Chicago loft studio, designed with beautiful natural light, elegant furnishings, and multiple sets to create a variety of looks within one space.

It’s a private, comfortable environment where you can relax, let go, and feel completely taken care of.

The Photoshoot

You do not need to know how to pose. You do not need to practice in the mirror. You do not need any experience in front of the camera. I will guide you through every pose, expression, hand placement, posture adjustment, and angle so you feel supported the entire time.

The session is calm, intentional, and fully directed. We’ll move through looks at a comfortable pace, creating variety while keeping the experience relaxed and fun. My goal is to help you feel confident in your body and capture images that feel beautiful, flattering, and true to you.

Image Selection & Retouching

After your session, you’ll receive a private online proofing gallery where you can view your images and select your favorites. This allows you to choose the photographs that feel most meaningful, beautiful, and true to how you want to remember the experience.

Each selected image is professionally retouched with a polished, natural approach. My retouching style is flattering and refined while still preserving your real features, expression, and personality. The final result is elevated, beautiful, and unmistakably you.

Albums & Artwork

Your images deserve to live somewhere more meaningful than a screen. Luxury albums and artwork transform your favorite photographs into something tangible, elegant, and lasting.

Each album is custom-designed with your selected images, creating a beautiful keepsake that tells the story of your session from beginning to end.
